LoTeCc - SUPPORTING THE HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE WORKFORCE TO MANAGE THOSE WITH LONG TERM CONDITIONS IN COMMUNITY SETTINGS

Health Education England South London (HEE SL), has awarded Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust 2016/2017 strategic investment funding, to deliver a project about supporting the health and social care workforce to manage those with long term conditions in community settings.

The project commenced in December 2016 and will be completed by July 2018.

AHS is working with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust to deliver this project the purpose of which is to:

PHASE project - DEVELOPING THE ALLIED HEALTH SUPPORT WORKERS IN PUBLIC HEALTH

Health Education North West London funded the development of a partnership in innovation and education (PIE) on developing allied health support workers to deliver public health messages.

SWAP II - DEVELOPING THE UNREGISTERED AHP SUPPORT ROLES

Health Education England North Central East London (HEE NCEL) has funded Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health Trust (BEHMHT) to undertake a project to develop the unregistered allied health support workforce employed in BEHMHT. This project builds on the Allied Health Support Worker Policy Landscape project (SWAP), which was also funded by HEE NCEL. BEHMHT has invited Allied Health Solutions (AHS) to work with them on this project.

This 15-month project (January 2017-March 2018), aims to develop and test a bespoke programme of study for the unregistered allied health support workforce, irrespective of whether they work in the acute and/or community setting.
